15 Bedroom Villa in Boca de Tomatlan, puerto vallarta

This elegant Villa resort is an undeniable treasure only the truly fortunate will experience. Plan your next dream vacations, wedding, business convention, and all kinds of special events at Villa Mia.
The villa has 15 bedrooms with 10 kings, 7 queen and 2 single beds. We have a small spare room that can be used (upon request only) without an extra charge. It sleeps 30 people in total (2 per room) or up to 36 people sharing beds.
The secluded 54,000 sq/ft beachfront Villa Mia Resort is located in the south side of Puerto Vallarta, about 15 minutes from down town, where the green of the jungle and the blue of the ocean offers you a “special frame” for an unforgettable stay. The 15 bedrooms have the most beautiful and eccentric views of the ocean and exotic garden, you will experience nature as you never have before.
We can lodge up to 50 guests between Villa Mia and our other neighboring villa located a few steps from Villa Mia. Its called Villa Cosmica and it has 5 bedrooms with 2 kings, 1 queen and 4 single beds. Its sleeps up to 10 guests (14 if you request extra beds)
Four huge terraces, one with a large Palapa Bar on the recreation area, are a unique design statement of this exclusive Villa that holds up to 150 guests for special events.
Feel the ocean breeze while you are zipping a Margarita in the infinity pool or in one of the two large palapa bars. The jacuzzi is the closest one the ocean with beautiful views.
There is a pathway to an altar where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the bay and take amazing pictures, specially built for weddings.
To the right side of the altar you’ll find a small pool that was built with rocks inside the ocean where you can enjoy the water without any worries from the waves. From this point on, you can start a unique adventure with the Kayak that the Villa also provides at no extra charge.
WEDDING INGORMATION:
If you are planning on having a wedding at Villa Mia, please be sure to ask for the wedding information, since it is different than a regular stay. There are extra charges and some rules as well.
VERY IMPORTANT: We dont rent the Villa Mia for wedding or events from june to october of any year. This is because it is rainning season and we dont have enough roofed areas for a wedding. Its also very slippery for the vendors and therefore very risky.

Summary: This is a lovely home with spectacular views, lots of gathering places, private rooms, lush gardens, pool and hot tub. We held a family reunion with 28 people attending including three infants and six children. Staff was included in the rental (tip, food and drink costs not included) and they were wonderful. The food was delicious and they worked with us on the menu to include some favorites of ours. Lots of steps on this property but there is an elevator from the main dining area to the pool area. The pool has a large shallow area which was great for the infants and toddlers in the group. We were also able to schedule spa treatments on site at a very reasonable cost. We could not have had a better vacation! Everyone was so accomodating and helpful.
